Feedback and Communication
When your child accesses our Residential Provision he will be assigned with a key worker. This member of staff will be your point of contact. They will keep you updated about the progress your child is making and discuss any issues or concerns you may have.
At Cloughwood Academy we value constructive feedback from all stakeholders as a vital part of the continuous improvement cycle we operate.

There are also regular opportunities to provide feedback through our partnership with NYAS and our point of contact, Lee Webster. Lee visits half-termly, to quality assure the residential provision and can be contacted at any time.
Problems or Complaints – Pupils
If you feel that there is something that you are not happy with, please tell a member of staff that you trust. If they feel that they cannot help you to sort out your problem or complaint, they will quickly find someone who can.
We aim to address any problems within 24 hours.
