The Cloughwood Way
At Cloughwood Academy we believe that pupils need to know what the expectations are for their behaviour and conduct, why it is important that they strive to meet them and what will happen if the expectations are not met. We ensure that pupils know school expectations and routines through regular PSHRE sessions, a “one voice” approach and by displaying a one-page behaviour policy called “The Cloughwood Way” in all classrooms and communal areas.
